I love cooking Asian or Indian inspired foods ( I call them inspired because all read Indians probably laugh at me otherwise). Yesterday I made dinner for several friends and as usual I made up my own recipe. I'll share it (also because if I don't write it down I'll forget it again).

Serving 34 days of practical work (the VERY LAST of my 120 days total) in the Anesthesiology department so I'll be allowed to take the exams. (that sounds like it's detention or something :P It's not, it's like a class... needs to be done, so I can enroll for exams).

I just applied for my visum to the US this summer :) My parents invited me to tag along for a 2 week holiday. 2 days in Dallas and then up to Salt Lake City, Moab... desert. My dad was feeling like deserts.
